Bleach touch-up: every 4–6 weeks

For clients on a bleach base (linen blonde, ash brunette etc.), the sweet spot for a touch-up is around 1.5 cm of regrowth—enough separation between virgin hair and bleach for clean isolation, not so much that the contrast becomes obvious.

Designer-colour refresh: every 8–12 weeks

Designer techniques like balayage and babylight need less frequent touch-ups. Every 2–3 months a toner refresh and a soft root-tap is enough to bring the design back to life.
