How It Works
Three steps to your hair colour booking
Step 1 · Submit a request
Send your request via the form or WhatsApp. Tell us about your current colour, the look you want and a preferred date. We confirm by WhatsApp within 24 hours.
Step 2 · Free 15-min consultation
Your first visit starts with a 15-minute consultation. We assess hair condition, review past colour history, plan a long-term design with you, and confirm the final price before any service begins.
Step 3 · Confirmation & deposit
To protect every guest’s slot, all bookings require a HK$ 500 deposit (deductible from your service). We accept FPS, PayMe and Apple Pay. Reschedules need 48 hours’ notice.

How far in advance should I reserve?+
Weekends and holidays book 2 weeks in advance; weekdays usually 7–10 days. Touch-ups and treatments may be available with 3–5 days’ notice.
Does the price include treatment?+
All major designer-colour services include Olaplex No.1/No.2 bond protection, toner and blow-dry. Premium masks may be added on request.
I bleached elsewhere—can I still book here?+
Yes—these cases require a free 15-minute consultation first so we can assess your existing condition and design the right correction and post-bleach care plan.
What payment methods are accepted?+
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, FPS, PayMe and Apple Pay. Deposits are easiest via FPS or PayMe.
Can I reschedule after booking?+
Yes, with 48 hours’ notice you may reschedule once free of charge. Within 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable but converts into a credit for your next booking.
